At Adore Dance Shoes, we want you to perform with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn footwear in original packaging. Please ensure soles are unmarked by only trying your shoes on carpeted surfaces to remain eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and protective dust bags, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
